Students at the University of Arizona are playing a leading role in initiating and advancing sustainability efforts on campus and in the community. They have made this a greener campus by leading large-scale projects, working with faculty to develop new curriculum, and organizing several environmental events, including a large "Earth Day Festival" each year on the mall.
