Description:
The NEMO (Non-point Education for Municipal Officials) Network helps communities protect water quality and quantity while still accommodating growth by educating land use decision makers to make choices and take actions that will lessen nonpoint source pollution and protect natural resources. This is done using realistic watershed-based plans to achieve water quality standards and protection goals for watersheds.
